Is Johns Manville Insulation Good? A Cost Manager's Scenario-Based Answer

Honestly, that's the question I get most weeks. I'm a procurement manager at a 40-person commercial construction company. I've managed the building materials budget—about $210,000 a year—for six years, and I've negotiated with more insulation and roofing vendors than I can count.
